Joanne.yours may have a learn button on the machine.if it does.all you have to do is set the dip switches where you want them and then press and hold the remote control button down and then press and release the learn button. Also, I tried to reprogram per the instructions, to no avail. The led lights up when I press the small bottom button, but no led light up when I press the large button. The problem is that there are two buttons, a large and small. Marantech troubleshooting says that if the led light doesn't light up when you push the remote button, that I should change the battery. The wall control always works, but Some days the remote works and some days it doesn't. Hello, I have a marantec system with a 2 button m3-2312 remote. Sorry but something is loose on the inside.Joe Marantec is a great machine but, the remote controls and keypads arent as good as i think they should. Jonathan, you will need to replace the remote.

I'm trying to implement 5 Clicker brand KLIK1u s and a remote keypad. Not having much luck myself looking for information on an old Craftman 1/2 HP opener, model: HBW0777 and finding out how my remotes it will handle.
